How many members are in each Creative Circle?

Each season is intentionally limited to between 8 - 10 members.

Keeping our circles small allows everyone to get to know one another, encourages meaningful connections, and ensures every member feels seen and celebrated.

How often do we mail our creations?

Members create and mail one handmade tag during each monthly round. You'll receive plenty of notice before mailing dates, so there's no rush or last-minute scrambling. Our goal is to make creating feel joyful—not stressful.

 

How much does shipping usually cost?

One of the best parts of the Creative Circle is how affordable it is to participate. Because we're exchanging handmade tags instead of bulky journals, most members can mail their Happy Mail for around $1–$5 (U.S.), depending on the size, thickness, and embellishments of their tag.

 

Do I have to be an experienced crafter

Not at all! Whether you've been creating for years or are just discovering the joy of paper crafting, you're welcome here. The Creative Circle isn't about perfection—it's about creativity, encouragement, and sharing something made from the heart. Everyone brings their own unique style, and that's what makes our community so special.

 

How long is a season?

Each Creative Circle season lasts approximately 4 months, giving everyone plenty of time to enjoy creating, connecting, and collecting beautiful handmade tags. At the end of the season, you'll have a collection of keepsake tags from each member that can be displayed in your own Creative Circle album.

 

What happens if life gets busy?

Life happens—we completely understand. If something unexpected comes up, simply let us know as soon as possible. We'll work together to find a solution. Our goal is to create a supportive community where members encourage one another, not add unnecessary pressure. Communication is all we ask.

 

What supplies do I need?

You'll only need basic paper crafting supplies such as:

     • Cardstock

     • Patterned paper

     • Adhesive

     • Scissors or paper trimmer

     • Your favorite embellishments

You are welcome to use whatever products and techniques you enjoy most. There are no required brands or expensive supply lists. Creativity matters far more than having the "right" supplies.

 

Can international members join?

At this time, the Creative Circle is open to U.S. residents only. Because international shipping costs and delivery times can vary significantly, we're starting with U.S. members while we build our community. As the Clubhouse grows, we'd love to explore future opportunities for our international creative friends.

Why are we making tags instead of traveling journals?

We absolutely love traveling journals—they inspired the Creative Circle! But we wanted to create an experience that gives you all the joy of sharing handmade creativity, without the stress of coordinating one journal among multiple people.
